Every year generous home owners allow professional remodel contractors to list there home in the tour of remodeled homes. These tours are put on by the Home Builders Association of Des Moines. For a select time period the homes are opened up and allowed to be toured by remodel professionals, designers, architects, contractors and home owners looking to view the latest trends or get ideas and inspiration for there next project.
From kitchens and bathrooms to a whole house remodels and additions we provided all the electrical needs for each project. We also enjoyed the variety of styles and scope of work the projects offered. Decorative Illumination was provided and installed by a variety of LED strip lights, puck lights and specialty lighting to provide both task lighting and accent lighting. General illumination consisted of LED recessed lighting and some elaborate decorative fixtures. From modern to traditional a wide variety of lighting designs were used.
Most electrical work is less eye catching compared to the lavish granite, tiles, and cabinets used in the homes. Some projects required a whole home rewire, while others needed new circuits before the real work could begin. Existing wiring was brought up to code by our licensed electricians and new wiring was installed as needed.
