Serving Our Customers During The COVID-19 Crisis

We must come together as a community to contain COVID-19 and save lives. At Custom Electrical Services our hearts are with all that are effected. Safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We have been and will continue to take additional steps to be extra vigilant. The situation is evolving and we are monitoring it closely to ensure any and all necessary precautions are taken to keep everyone safe.

The services we provide are critical to maintaining and supporting proper health and safety standards to our community and other essential businesses that support our community. We continue to take extra precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as Federal, State, and local recommendations.

We continue to perform our daily cleanliness and safety standard that our very thorough. However we must follow additional guidelines to minimize health risks and include:

  • Additional hand washing and sanitizing before and after each customers visit.
  • Cancelling regular face to face meetings and practicing social distancing.
  • Requiring a quarantine period for employees that travel out of the state or country.
  • Provide additional PPE such as gloves, face mask, and sanitizing wipes.
  • Avoid physical contact with anyone and avoid shacking hands.
  • Asking customers to call and cancel if they feel ill.
